1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MF Bharat platform (website, mobile application, or any associated service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. About MF Bharat

MF Bharat is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-39470). We facilitate investment in mutual fund schemes offered by SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs). We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or guarantee any returns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident individual of India to use our investment services. Non-individual investors (HUF, companies, trusts) may use the platform subject to additional KYC requirements.

4. User Accounts and KYC

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All investments are subject to KYC compliance as mandated by SEBI and AMFI. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

5. Investment Risks

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The NAV of schemes may go up or down based on factors affecting securities markets. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

6. Fees and Charges

MF Bharat does not charge any transaction fees to investors. We may receive distributor trail commissions from AMCs as permitted under SEBI regulations. All applicable expense ratios are disclosed in the Scheme Information Documents (SID).

7. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or copying platform content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, design, text, and data — is the property of MF Bharat Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MF Bharat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment decisions made through it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
